Briohny is a yoga facilitator, mentor, and wellbeing practitioner with over 15 years’ experience supporting personal growth, resilience, and nervous system regulation.
Her work is informed by both professional training and lived experience - including time spent in corporate environments, navigating periods of stress and anxiety, and developing practical ways to restore balance and wellbeing.
Through years of study and facilitation, she has developed a strong ability to help people better understand their internal state, regulate their nervous system, and feel more settled and clear within themselves.
Briohny has facilitated group programs, retreats, and mentoring for both individuals and teams, and is known for her calm, warm presence, intuitive listening, and practical, grounded approach.
Qualifications & Training
Yoga Teacher Trainings across Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Kundalini Yoga
Advanced training in nervous system regulation, breathwork, and emotional wellbeing
Certified Master NLP Practitioner & Coach
Diploma in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and meditation facilitation
Training in Non-Violent Communication
CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach & Certificate IV in Personal Training
Experience delivering group programs, retreats, and workplace wellbeing sessions
