These sessions are guided by a deep understanding of the body, nervous system, and emotional experience.

Yoga has been a significant part of my own journey - a space I’ve returned to over the years to regulate, reconnect, and find a sense of calm when life has felt overwhelming or out of balance.

Drawing from 20 years of practice and training across multiple styles of yoga, I bring together movement, breath, and awareness in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and relevant to you.

Sessions are gentle, intuitive, and responsive - creating space for your body to slow down, release tension, and reconnect at its own pace.

This is a space to reconnect - not just physically, but within yourself.

Sessions are usually 60–75 minutes yet can be tailored to your specific goals.
