  • stuck in patterns you can see, but don’t know how to shift

Mentoring offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect.

Not just to talk - but to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and begin shifting the patterns that are keeping you stuck.

What happens in sessions

Sessions are personalised, practical and grounded in real life.

We may cover:

  • understanding your emotional world and what’s driving your responses

  • recognising patterns in relationships, behaviour, and the way you show up

  • learning how to regulate and feel safe within yourself

  • working with emotions and developing self-regulation

  • communication tools, boundaries, and expressing your needs

  • reconnecting with your needs, direction, and sense of self

You’ll leave sessions not just with insight - but with practical tools you can apply and embody in your everyday life.

My approach

This work comes from both lived experience and years of supporting others.

Through navigating complex relationship and family dynamics, emotional overwhelm, and periods of losing connection with myself, I came to understand how patterns form - and how they influence the way we think, feel, and move through life.

I have a strong ability to recognise patterns, blind spots, and relational dynamics - often the things that are hardest to see from within, but deeply felt.

And to guide you back to your soul - and what you know is right for you.

This is about creating the space, awareness, and guidance that allows you to reconnect with yourself - including the parts that may have been pushed aside, suppressed, or shaped through past experiences.

It’s about helping you see clearly, reconnect with yourself, and begin responding to life from a more grounded, self-led place.

Because lasting change doesn’t come from awareness alone.

It comes from understanding, supported action, and learning how to respond differently in the moments that matter - in conversations, in relationships, and in the choices you make every day.

Over time, this creates a different way of living.

One where you feel more settled within yourself, clearer in your direction, and more connected to who you are and how you want to live.

Mentoring sessions (60 -75 minutes) $110

Sessions are available in person (local area or additional small travel fees may apply),

via phone or online.

A limited number of mentoring places are currently available.
